Quick Pay for credit card shows current balance rather than statement balance

The Bills screen for a Chase credit card shows the minimum amount due and the statement balance, but the Make A Quick Payment window shows the *current* balance. It should show the statement balance. (People more often want to pay the statement balance rather than the current balance -- who wants to give banks their float?)
