For me the issue seems to be the 'High DPI Scaling Override' in Compatibility Mode.
a. Right click the Quicken Icon and choose Properties
b. Click the Compatibility tab
c. Near the bottom, click 'Change high DPI Settings'
d. Near the bottom, uncheck 'Override high DPI Scaling Behavior'
For me, when the box is ticked, I will not get a drop down box. When I remove the tick, I do get the drop down box.
There are other options besides allowing the Application to control this.
Choosing 'System' with the tick box checked will show the drop-down box.
It clearly seems to be a scaling issue, but not sure if there is a better solution.
I remember that I chose ticking this box a few years back to allow for more accurate Previewing of Reports before printing. But that's a different problem.0 -
Still broken in R31.12.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
