The solution to the "wait 10 minutes" message is to sign out of your Quicken profile and sign back in to the same profile.Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different user
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro.

a little more information about what you are experiencing will be helpful so you can receive some answers from the community. What happens when you try to connect? When you say "connect" do you mean you can't log in to Quicken on your computer? Does an error message appear? Does Quicken open at all? Saying you can't "connect" is a generalized statement kind of like "my car won't start" which could mean the engine is turning over but won't run or nothing happens when I turn the ignition key.

See attached screen shot of the error message. "Quicken online service is unavailable at this time. Please wait at least ten minutes and try again. We apologize for the inconvenience. After doing the retry every ten to fifteen minutes for two consecutive days for 4 day 1 and 3 hours days 2; I thougth maybe someone from Quicken is monitoring this site and could provide an answer.0
