Password Vault - Password "Not required"
Ron n Round Rock
Actually I have 2 questions. In accessing the Managing your Passwords screens for the Password Vault, 2 of my accounts, under the "Password Stored" column say "Not required" - and there is no password displayed when I print the Password Vault Summary report.
1) Why and What does that mean - they are banks and I know passwords are required at these institutions.
2) Additionally, when I print the Password Vault Summary, there is a printed line that says "Access to . . . . . . ." - and it lists all of the accounts the login ID applies to (which is great) - but the line goes off the page instead of being folded for printing and I can't see the whole line. Is there any way to get access to this information?

Chris - yes, great - thank you very much - missed this update and didn't find it in my Search.
Do you have any idea oh how to get the rest of the "Access to . . . . . " accounts in the Password Vault Summary report.

Sorry no, I don't know how to get around that problem.

In the explanation it states that if my account's password shows "Not Required" and I change my password that the next time I use One Step, I'll be prompted to change my pass word. I just changed one my account's password on the bank's web site. I then tried updating the account thru One Step. The icon associated with the account partially spins and then the update flashes off and I am not prompted to enter my new password. Is there a step I'm missing?

@Gene Castorina
The "prompt for password" isn't when you click the key icon, it is when you do the update. As in it tries to login, and fails and then prompts you for the new password.
Also note that it caches the transaction information it go for about a day from what I have seen, and as such I don't think it really logs into the financial institution again until that cache expires. So you might not get prompted until the update on the next day.
