When I try to add a new IRA saving account for Ally Bank, the account is asterisked with "UNSUPPORTED" and will not allow me to add the account. The drop down list box is not accessible as says "IGNORE"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you -john

@Jem - Per the Ally Bank website, Ally Bank IRA downloads into Quicken are not supported.I'm guessing (not sure) that this is because Ally has not contracted with Quicken for Direct Connect service. The decision of whether or not to contract with Quicken for DC service is owned by the Financial Institution. You can log in to your Ally Bank online account and see if they offer QFX or "Quicken" manual downloads (called Web Connect) for your IRA account. If they do, then you should be able to update your IRA account in Quicken by that method. If not, then you will need to set up and manage your IRA account in Quicken manually. There is another option for manually importing transactions into an investment account that I and others have used successfully. If Ally gives you the option of downloading your IRA account transactions in QIF format you can try it: FAQ: How to Import QIF Files Into Non-cash Accounts, post-Q2004
