I am setting up bill manager. I have four payment accounts with the water company. All four are listed when I go to my account on their website (one user name and password). When I ask to link the account as an online payee through bill manager (typing in my user name and password) only one account shows up. I don't know how to make all the accounts show up on Quicken. Other accounts are fine. Is the problem with Quicken or my utility account?

To better understand the issue, have you enabled the payment accounts in Quicken yet? In order to pay bills using Bill Manager, you would want to enable any accounts you'd be making payments from within Quicken.
