I am setting up bill manager.

I am setting up bill manager. I have four payment accounts with the water company. All four are listed when I go to my account on their website (one user name and password). When I ask to link the account as an online payee through bill manager (typing in my user name and password) only one account shows up. I don't know how to make all the accounts show up on Quicken. Other accounts are fine. Is the problem with Quicken or my utility account?
