Share exchange--used "Add"and "Remove" to handle Exchange of UTX for RTX, but UTX still listed?

Why won't UTX shares delete from Portfolio? Mac 5.17.5 Version. I have saved a backup/closed Quicken/reopened it and UTX is still listed ink the Portfolio. Why?

I have a few questions to better help me understand what could be happening.

First, how many shares of UTX are listed in the portfolio?

Have you checked the register for placeholders? These will be light grey transactions at the bottom of the register.

43 Shares of UTX were exchanged for 43 shares of RTX. Yes, I found the "placeholders" below my 2011 activity.I keep forgetting to go to the bottom of the "Transaction Register". I deleted the "placeholder" for UTX and I am reconciled now. THANKS TO YOU QUICKEN TYKA!!
