Having trouble with Quicken locking up and register layout changing

In a banking register my column widths keep changing and when trying to get it back to original condition it locks up totally. Is there a default I can revert back to?

To reset a non-investment register to the
default column
settings, open the register, press
Ctrl + Shift + N
, select
Register columns...
, select the gear icon pull-down menu at the bottom and
Reset to default columns
.
