Investment Price History/Market Value graph

Is it possible to adjust the Price History/Market Value vertical chart scale on investments? For example, when you expand the chart, the lower vertical end of the chart is always zero. Hard to see week to week changes on large amount investments. Older version would clip the scale vertically to the high and low of the investment - made it east to see smaller changes in value.
