Hello@beckersj
Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. That is quite odd. I would recommend starting off to open up an old backup that doesn't have all the same duplicates. After that let's try to deactivate and reactivate the accounts and see if we're able to get it to download with no duplicates. To start find a backup file where we don't have the duplicating transactions
https://www.quicken.com/support/how-backup-or-restore-your-quicken-data
Next we'll try deactivating all of the accounts. You can do so by following the article listed down below.
https://www.quicken.com/support/deactivate-online-banking-services-quicken-account
Once all the accounts are deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts.

Once we've done this see if your flagstar accounts are still downloading duplicates. IF they are let us know and we'll see what our next best step is!Thanks,

Ok, I did this. I have been trying backups and it looks like the last one that worked(no duplicates) was from the beginning of July. I restored from that one and deactivated the accounts, quit, reactivated the accounts and downloaded transactions. I then cleaned up the registers. There were some duplicates from July, I assume because the accounts were deactivated and reactivated. I tried downloading transactions again and it didn't download any duplicates. I will try again tomorrow and post here what the results are.0

That's good to hear that after a bit of cleanup we were able to get the register to look better. Please keep us informed over the next couple of days whether the issue comes back up! If it does we'll see what we can try next.
Thanks,

This seems to have fixed the problem. I am not receiving duplicate transaction downloads as of today.0
