Abnormally high (454%) 1yr return in 1 inv. account ?

This is an old Etrade account in which I sold off the last holdings 11/2019. This was only a $49 transaction so no big deal. 3yr,5yr look accurate. I see nothing wrong with cost basis and sell price. Validation found nothing. The 1 yr return should be negative. Any ideas ? Thanks
