Extra transactions

Quicken Windows Other Member ✭✭
I am on my phone and updating the transactions from my bank and it has the same payment, split trasaction, twice and will not let me delete one of them. I do not have it in my Windows version on my laptop and I have synced it to the cloud

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you are experiencing this trouble with the mobile app.If you are seeing transactions in the Mobile App that are duplicates of existing ones, reset your cloud data:
Step 1: Reset the cloud data through the desktop program
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID, Mobile & Alerts.
- Click Reset your cloud data.
Step 2: After resetting your cloud data
You'll need to sign out of the Mobile App and sign back in:
- Open the Quicken Mobile App.
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper left.
- Tap the Logout button at the bottom of the screen.
- Sign back in with the same Quicken ID.
