Activation Code

I bought Quicken Starter for $34.99 to taking control of my money but every time I try to open it up it says I have to enter in my 16 digit activation code.
I received 2 emails from Quicken but neither email had any activation. They just had a receipt for the $34.99 pad.
I tried to phone Quicken but they are unavailable.
Can someone help with the activation code?
