You'll need to manually input adjustment transactions of some type.
For an account that I have, that doesn't download and has no transactions but the VALUE does change,
    • I've created a fictitious security for this account
    • I've set the value of the security to $1
    • I've set the number of shares of the security to equal the online value.
    • Monthly, I add "ReinvDiv" transactions (also @$1) to reflect the change in value
