I have an issue 'Validating' my Xfinity account

When validating Xfinity via QBM I enter my user name then the password. I am then prompted for a validation code provided for me on my phone. Enter it and wait... the response back is Validation Failed (user name, password or code may be incorrect). I can go to the biller website via QBM without issue. Will I just have to manually enter the bill amount each month?

Another question. How should I handle billers with whom I have arranged for autopay?
Quicken user since DOS 1.1 (1983)
