How to transfer loan money

I refinanced my home. I would like to take the money from the refinancing and payoff my old mortgage and some other loans, but when I create the new loan the money doesn't go anywhere.

I suggest you split the
Opening Balance
transaction of the new loan register to distribute the amount to the desired accounts.
