Download errors (500) from T Rowe Price Retirement Plans

This just started in the past couple of days. I tried deactivating and cannot even reactivate the transactions download as Quicken is reporting this error.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.
I am seeing the issue when I add an account using fake credentials when the response should be that the password I have entered is incorrect.
These errors are often temporary, I would recommend waiting until Monday to see if the issue resolves itself.
If not, I would contact T. Rowe directly as the only connection type offered is Direct Connect, this is the bank's connection type. Quicken does not have access to the financial institutions servers to be able to escalate or correct any issues of this nature.
