Why do I get every few months a downloaded transaction with no posted date?

Last week, it was one to Waste Management with my main checking account. It downloaded and matched but has no Posted Date (It's the same as transaction date) or an FITID. Back in April, I had that happen in a savings account with a large deposit. It seems random and disconcerting.

Hello @SRC1954
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your question, although I apologize that you are experiencing this trouble.
I would start by navigating to the financial institution website and see if they have an option to export transactions to a CSV file.
If you do, you should be able to open this file and confirm if the posting date is missing from the transaction.
Please let me know what you find!

Yes, I did this and it shows the Processing Date (their term) was 11 Sep 2020. I entered the transaction on the 10th and paid it through my biller on that date. It was an ACH debit on the 11th. Posting date is missing. Thanks.
