USAA Online Billing

For those of you that have an RV or motorcycle loan at USAA, they will not allow an Online Bill and Quick Pay from Quicken. They do allow their credit cards. If anyone has a similar issue, please flood USAA to correct this. I'm not sure if Auto Loans fall into this.

For what it's worth, I have not been able to sustain an Online Bill/Quick Pay relationship with USAA Credit either. I was able to make one QP payment and then lost the ability to retrieve the bill. USAA is good in that they provide Direct Connect service at no cost so the credit card transactions update fine for me but I've given up using most of the Bill Manager features.

If there is an online biller you would like to have added to the list of supported online billers, I suggest you contact Quicken Support and they can pass your request on to the third-party service provider:

I called USAA and it is their decision, not Quicken, to not allow selective downloads or online billing.
