Why is the software not updating?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I am running release R28.28. I read there is Release R29.9 available. I have tried to update through the Help tab. It tells me that I have the latest release.

If you are using the Windows version, it is possible to force an update:

At this time, R28.28 is the latest release and R29.9 is a staged release.
Quicken distributes a staged release is to a limited number of users to determine if the release is good enough before exposing it to all users. If you want to update to the R29.9 release, you may download and apply the following mondo patch: https://assistant.quicken.com/patch/QW27.1.29.9MPatch.EXE0
