how to set up mortgage payment to include principal, interest, and transfer from checking to loan?

I enter my mortgage payments as principal and interest and that takes care of my loan. but nothing shows up in the budget categories for principal and interest. how do I do both?

We may include loan payments in a budget by checking the appropriate loan: select Manage Budget Categories and Detailed Loan Payments 

We may include loan interest payments in a budget by checking the appropriate interest category: select Manage Budget Categories 

We may include the loan principal in a budget by checking the appropriate transfer to the loan account: select Manage Budget Categories and Transfers Out
