    I'm running Quicken 2020 vR29.29 on a Win8.1 desktop LOCALLY that has all the MS updates.
    Also experiencing issues with attachments not properly posting (no paperclip is shown and file not individually attaching to a specific investment transaction).
    This previously worked (several months ago) as documented but not anymore.
    Also differing behavior when attaching a PDF vs. a JPG.
