Oops error when Creating a New Quicken Account
ray_marrayts
Hi. First time poster. I purchased QUICKEN HOME & BUSINESS 2019 DOWNLOAD SUBSCRIPTION CANADA. I installed it on my laptop and opened the program. It took me to a Sign On screen. I selected Create Account (I am New to Quicken Canada) and entered my details. I clicked Create Account and got the following error: Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again, and if it still doesn't work, let us know.
I have tried different email addresses and different passwords. Pop Ups are not blocked. Internet is working well.
I do not know what else to do.

will help.
The problem might be trying to use a Canadian version while sitting in Australia.

:D Thanks Tom Young for your reply. The VPN was not the problem. I can use the Canadian Version from Australia without a problem. The answer you provided me pointed me to a reply from thecreator SuperUser in 2019.

Cleaning the leftovers of a previous uninstall using QCleanUI.exe and running CCCleaner did the trick.
Thank you for your help....much appreciated mate.
