Hi Quicken, what are your support hours? It would be nice if you posted them on your website (quicken.com/support) like every other reputable company in the world does. Your "Welcome to Quicken" sign in form says "See support site for hours" but the joke is on your customers because the site doesn't show it!
And, as an added bonus, if you call the number listed outside of business hours the recording just says "Hi our office is closed. Please call back when we're open.". ????
