How do you track a Quicken Bill Manager Check Pay Payment?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭
I sent a check pay payment on 9/15. Status says sent to USPS. The biller is still showing no payment as of 7 business days later. How do you follow up further? Eventually the bill will need to be paid online and the check pay stopped or something. The bill is due 9/29. Thanks!
