reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. I wonder if it's not connecting to the server properly. We may need to try resyncing to see if we're able to get that account to download properly. I'll list the steps down below.
You'll need to sign out of the Mobile App and sign back in:
Once you're able to try this see if we're still getting an error when trying to sign in. If you are we'll see what we can try next.
