Change your budget settings for mobile and web

I am getting a error when syncing to the cloud that says 'Budget " " did not sync...'
When I look up how to change you budget settings for mobile and web, it says:
"1. Click the Mobile & Web tab.
2. Click [change] to edit your current budget settings"
I don't see "[change]" on my Mobile & Web tab.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    I think that information is out of date.  At one time you could only sync one budget at a time, so there was a setting for it.  These days it syncs them all.

    For the error I guess you could try the "standard" workaround of trying to reset your cloud data.

    Edit -> Preferences -> Mobile & Web -> Reset your cloud data
