Repeated message: Invalid password
Hickory Hill
I purchased Quicken Deluxe for my Apple devices (phone and laptop). I've created a password in the Password manager, but I cannot get past the Invalid Password message on either device. What am I doing wrong?

Hello
@Hickory Hill
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you are having trouble signing in.
Can you confirm that password is correct by typing the password to rule out an incorrect password?
One thing to check is if the password is auto-populated or pasted, especially on the mobile app, this may add an additional space at the end.
To test this, can you try to backspace the last character of the password and attempt to sign in?
Please let me know!
