Remove YTD values entered during paycheck setup
aharzand
When I initially setup my paycheck, I added the YTD values for wages, withholdings, taxes, etc. Afterwards I decided to go back and manually enter the individual paychecks from the start of the year. This has resulted (I think) in my total Wages YTD in the Tax Planner to be calculated incorrectly (by including the YTD values I added when I first set the paycheck up).
How can I go back and erase the YTD values I entered during paycheck setup?

Assuming you set up your paycheck with the Paycheck Wizard:
Tax Planner > Wages > Wages & Salaries > look for the Paycheck Setup (YTD) line item and double click on it
. That should bring up the
Paycheck YTD Amounts dialog
where you can
Delete each of the individual categories
and then click on
Enter
.
