Universal Lending does not work with quicken bill manager

I tried to add a bill to universal lending, it adds, but I cant quick pay or enter in register. I called support they said they need to call the mortgage company to get them to enable it. I am not sure how that make sense because it looks like they are supported has anyone been able to make it work? Any suggestions? So far with QBM most my payments fail or never work including Citi, xfinity, ... I have been using quicken for 25 years and really wish they could make the QBM work, but so far its like 2 out of 20 bills I can pay reliably if at all.

Quicken Care has more tools to review the online biller profile to isolate the issue and report this error if necessary.
