Has anyone successfully download data from an Institutional.Fidelity .com account?

It appears that adding a Fidelity account reaches out to fidelity.com to link to an account. However, my accounts are accessed through Institutional.Fidelity .com. Is there a workaround to direct the login to Institutional.Fidelity .com instead of Fidelity.com?

@GMT - My screen shot was taken from my Quicken for Windows installation while yours is taken from Quicken for Mac. I reviewed the FI list for QM and indeed it appears that there is no link listed there for Fidelity Institutional nor for Fidelity Advisor. I also could not find any online articles regarding Fidelity Institutional/Advisor support for QM but that doesn't mean they don't exist.I suggest you contact your Fidelity Institutional support person and ask if they support downloading into QM and, if so, how to establish the download connection with Quicken. If they do not support Quicken, you can request them to add support but even if/when the agree to do so it can take some time for them to get it set up. Financial institutions (FIs) must contract with Quicken in order for support to be established and unless they get enough requests for it they likely will not contract with Quicken (it does cost the FI both financially and in IT support). It is solely a FI decision and unless/until the FI makes that commitment it will not be supported by Quicken. If they do support Quicken and the FI list does not include them, then you should contact Quicken Support (Quicken Support) and request them to update the FI list so you can establish the download connection.

@GMT - There is no way that we can change the links to the financial institutions. However, in the Add Account process there is a Fidelity Investments Institutional link you can select. The URL is for advisor.fidelity.com, not institutional.fidelity.com, but the name seems to fit. Have you tried this link?

No, but interestingly I do not have the same list of institutions that your screen shot shows.

That is because some financial institutions choose to support Quicken only on Windows and not on Mac (it must be because there is different programming involved in the download and they don't want the extra expense).
Have you tried the link for Fidelity Net Benefits? This is Fidelity's platform for employee retirement plans.0 -
Roger the Mac/Win answer. That makes sense. Unfortunately, the account doesn't appear under Fidelity Net Benefits, so I can't use that either. It looks like I'm at an impasse. Mahalo to everyone for their support.0
