Woodforest Bank is getting error code CC-502
When I try to update my Woodforest Bank account information I receive error code CC-502 "Quicken in unable to update your account".

Sorry to hear you are getting that error code. This problem usually has to do with the bank's servers. Here's the guidance you should follow: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-updating-accounts-cc-502
It is Very Important that you do not deactivate and reactivate your accounts - because that could cause more issues.
