Register Balance Doesn't Match Sidebar Balance

The balances of my checking and cash accounts don't match those numbers in the sidebar. It's not a matter of current vs ending balances. The sidebar amounts can differ by thousands.

    In that case, I would run file validation to check for data corruption. File>File Operations>Validate.

    Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, that didn't help. There were many identical errors, seemingly several dozen:
    "Quicken repaired some transaction information. No action required.
    "ACCT_12e7a" 0/ 0/1900"

    A few years ago, I used to have savings goal accounts, which could be hidden or shown in the registers, but I don't have them any more.

    Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, the "Talk to Support" option just links back to the same page (https://www.quicken.com/support). Is there a chat option?

    Yes, the link takes you to the chat or talk option. You should check if your browser has pop-ups disabled, as that is what should appear.
