Well I tried to reproduce this and I can't, so I'm really at a loss of might be causing it.  You might see if you can reproduce that in a new data file, but that is just another data point, not really a "fix".  I would still report it as a problem.  And in this case I would give them a sanitized copy of the data file to try to reproduce the problem in, since it really seems to be something in your data file that is the key.

I'll do that. Before I do, what exactly is a "sanitized" copy of the data file? That would be helpful to know so when I describe the problem I know how to reference the specific transactions.

When I submit an issue this way as I recall you are not given a case number. How do I reference it with the support team and as I recall I am not guaranteed to hear back from them, right?

Sanitized means that they remove the online connections and scramble the payee/category names so that there isn't any person information that can be seen in it.

You can create a Sanitized data file from the Help menu and open it, to see what it looks like.  The dates and amounts don't get changed, or the position of the account in the account list, or any other list for that matter.

As for "feedback" you won't get any.  The only hope with it is that it will provide information that they might work on to help with the problem in the future.
