How to control the currency for each budget?
Amazingly this is very easy to do on the Mac....
Not seeing it on Windows.

The budget currency like quite a few things in Quicken Windows is controlled by the Home currency. You can't budget in multiple/separate out currencies.
I don't know the current state of multiple currencies in Quicken Mac, but one of the reasons you could do such a thing in Quicken Mac before was in fact because Quicken Mac didn't really fully support multiple currencies. As in it wouldn't actually convert any of the numbers, at best it just separated them. So if you asked for a report for with category Groceries and you have multiple currencies there would be separate numbers for each. In Quicken's report they current currency exchange rate would be used and all the values will be in the Home currency.
