Trouble Transferring my 2016 Premier to my new computer

Quicken Windows 2016 Member
I continue to receive an error message "An Unknown Error Occurred, Please try to connect later" when I try to register the program. Any suggestions?

You need to install the latest Mondo patch so that it is using a Quicken Id, not an Intuit Id:

Save both the installation program and the mondo patch release somewhere (not on your local harddrive) so that you have it in the future if needed. You may not be able to get the patch at a later date.

I have or had quicken 2016 deluxe on my old computer. Just got a new one but don't know where to download that version or quicken at. Can you help me out?0

If you bought from Quicken.com, you should be able to download it from there.
If you bought it by download elsewhere, you would need to check their website.
After you get it installed, you will need to download and run the last patch release found at this link: Quicken Patches-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
