One Step update - doesn't download my Daily Prices and Options Prices

Can anyone tell me why one step update no longer downloads daily prices and why it also no longer downloads my options prices.

    One Step Update still downloads daily prices.  I suggest you check Download quotes and investment information on the One Step Update Settings window: press Ctrl + 1, enter the Password Vault password, and select Settings
