Is there a video showing how to Reconcile Manually on Mac Quicken

I was really good at reconciliation in Quicken 10 years ago, then also I was very good at it in Banktivity. I have searched online high and low for any quick little demo videos on how to reconcile in Quicken Mac. I know it's easy if you have done it but there at so many column check boxes. is there a video, anywhere at all I can watch to see how reconcilation works now on 2020 Quicken for mac. Simple check book register reconciliation manual method.
