Quicken Windows Other Member
When trying to reconcile, Beginning Balance is showing as "Cleared Balance." Therefore, I can't reconcile the account.

Again, the Cleared Balance is the sum of all of the transactions in the register marked as reconciled and the transactions checked in the Clr column of the reconcile window. If no transactions are checked in the Clr column of the reconcile window, the Cleared Balance is the sum of all of the transactions in the register marked as reconciled.

The Prior Balance is the sum of all of the transactions in the register marked as reconciled.
The Cleared Balance is the sum of all of the transactions in the register marked as reconciled and the transactions checked in the Clr column of the reconcile window.
The Statement Ending Balance is the entered Ending balance when reconciling to a statement or the Online Balance Quicken obtained from the financial institution when reconciling to the Online Balance.

Cleared Balance for unreconciled item is not matching on the screen. Screen is showing Actual previous ending balance as Cleared balance.0

Please provide the version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken
