Reconciliation Screen

When trying to reconcile, Beginning Balance is showing as "Cleared Balance." Therefore, I can't reconcile the account.

The Cleared Balance will equal the Statement Ending Balance when sum of all of the transactions in the register marked as reconciled and the transactions checked in the Clr column of the reconcile window equals the Statement Ending Balance.

Again, the Cleared Balance is the sum of all of the transactions in the register marked as reconciled and the transactions checked in the Clr column of the reconcile window. If no transactions are checked in the Clr column of the reconcile window, the Cleared Balance is the sum of all of the transactions in the register marked as reconciled.

The Prior Balance is the sum of all of the transactions in the register marked as reconciled.
The Cleared Balance is the sum of all of the transactions in the register marked as reconciled and the transactions checked in the Clr column of the reconcile window.
The Statement Ending Balance is the entered Ending balance when reconciling to a statement or the Online Balance Quicken obtained from the financial institution when reconciling to the Online Balance.

Cleared Balance for unreconciled item is not matching on the screen. Screen is showing Actual previous ending balance as Cleared balance.

The Cleared Balance should equal the Prior Balance when none of the transactions that qualify for the reconciliation are marked as Cleared. Are you saying when you check a transaction in the Reconciliation window, the Cleared Balance is not being updated?

Please provide the version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken
