OL-221-A with Amboy Bank

    Also, how long have you been receiving this error? And which connection method are you using to download transactions from Amboy Bank-- Express Web Connect, Direct Connect, or Web Connect (aka .qfx export/import)?

From there, they will most likely require an escalation to be filed in order to have this successfully resolved.
