Haven't used Quicken since 2014. Am trying to update info for my accounts -how to do this?

    What version do you have now?  You need to buy a current supported version to download accounts.  

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    Assuming that your current Q product is no later than 2014 ... the ability of that product to download ended in 2017.  If your product is even older, it would have expired earlier, in both cases roughly 3.5 years after RELEASE date.
    You need to acquire a newer version of Q.  The ONLY version that still supports downloading is the "Subscription Version" (sometimes called Q2019, Q2020, etc.)
    You can almost always get a better price for Q buy shopping around vs. buying from Q itself.  Check our eBay, Amazon, WalMart, BestBuy, etc.
