Sign in on Quicken failing with "oops"
I'm unable to login with my quicken Id, either on the website, nor in the windows application. Is this a problem for everyone or just me? This is a recent problem, and I've made no changes on my end.

Are you getting "Oops, something went wrong"?
Have you recently enabled a VPN? If so, this might be the problem. Try turning the VPN off and see if that helps.0

Hi @""Jon Hughes" ,
Are you typing in your Quicken ID and password?
Or are you signing in via a RoboForm similar program?
Before signing in, click the eye in the password field, to make sure that the password is correct, that has been pasted in.

Yes, I'm typing in my password manually, and yes I've clicked the "eye" to determine that the password is correct. And, I've just checked, and it still doesn't work.0

Aha! Yes that was the problem. After disabling my VPN, I was able to login. I wasn't aware that a VPN would interfere with Quicken login. Why is this the case? And can the error message be improved to indicate this restriction?0
