Unexpected error trying to log into Redwood Credit Union to link ebill
Trying to link bill to Redwood Credit Union. It initially logs in and requests answer to security question. After entering answer, it processes for awhile then returns "An unexpected error has occurred", try again tomorrow.
I've tried 3 days in a row with same results.

For problems with specific financial institutions, especially smaller credit unions, you may do better contacting Quicken Support. They can observe your screen, pull log files, and determine if there's a problem they need to escalate to the service provider (Intuit) which handles connectivity services.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930
