How do I remove a bill?

    I have tried removing a Biller (USAA) multiple times over the past few months with the Bills & Income tab gear (upper right on tab), Manage Online Bills...it does not work for me ...sigh...."frustrated" does not adequately describe how I feel about this continuing Q behavior

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    I would first suggest navigating to the bills and income screen and choose the gear and selecting "Validate Online Billers."

    Please let me know if this removes the bill or returns any messages.
