How can I get a report on Quicken for windows showing all unreconciled items?

    There are a few ways.  For example: open a register and select Unreconciled from the pull-down menu just to the left the Reset button.  Or: select Reports > Banking > Transaction, press Alt + C, select the Advanced tab, uncheck Reconciled and select OK.
