Hoe should social security payments and medicare deductions be handled?

Are you talking about these things with reference to paychecks where these items are deductions or with reference to receiving Social Security benefits where you have both income and premium payments?

I'm receiving Social Security payments want to eventually see the deductions (Fed W/H, Medicare medical, Medicare drug) in Quicken standard reports. What categories should I use?
