Help with problems after updates

Issues with Quicken Version R30.19, Build 27.1.30.19
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, ExpressVPN

1. Transfers are deleted when downloading transactions. A transfer entered in the register, shown as cleared at the institution drops from the register when downloading. The receiving institution shows the credit without any tieback to the originating account.
2. Auto-reconcile does not function even though the settings are correct.
3. Renaming rules using the ‘contains’ appears to be ignored. Downloaded transactions are not properly renamed and are duplicated in the register.
Please advise on how to correct these issues. Thanks

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report that you're experiencing this trouble, although I apologize that you have not received a response. 

    If these issues began after installing an update, I would first start by restoring a backup saved prior to the udpate.

    The program took another update on Friday 1/8 and the problems seemed to have been corrected. Time will tell.
