Actual Columns in the Budget view

In my Q subscription for Win 10, the budget for 2021 shows actuals filled in all the way through December of 2021. This is money I have not spent yet. Not all of my budget items are this way. One rollover category has actuals filled in that were last year's budget amount. Any idea why this is happening and how do I get rid of it?

I searched the community and found nothing, so please forgive me if this is a duplicate.
Thanks for helping

Budget Actions -> View Options -> deselect Include reminders

Reminders "stand in" for future income/expenses when this option is set.
