Congressional Bank does not recognize Login/Password that is correct for Direct Connect

    Congressional Bank, Rockville, MD does not recognize Login/Password that is correct for Direct Connect. Connecting Windows 10 HP desktop computer via Direct Connect to Congressional Bank, Rockville, MD results in re-entering password a 2nd time. Then returns error "Bank does not recognize login/pw". "Be certain it is correct." The Login/Pw allows access online. There is not a question of the login/PW being incorrect. Bank has no solution?
